  • Copy of a current company trade license that has been certified by the appropriate authorities (if the business is not a sole proprietorship)
  • Shareholders and Manager Residence Visa
  • Shareholders and Manager Passport Copies
  • Emirates ID for Shareholders & Manager
  • The most recent financial statement or audit report, certified
  • Bank-stamped most recent and valid 6-month company bank statement
  • Authenticated copy of the company’s leasing agreement or, if applicable, the tenancy contract tax forms from the nation where the certificate is to be presented.

TAX RESIDENCY CERTIFICATE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (INDIVIDUALS):

  • Copy of Passport
  • UAE Residence Visa
  • Copy of Emirates ID
  • A certified lease agreement for a home or a copy of the tenancy contract
  • Most recent salary certification.
  • Latest 6-month bank statement that has been verified and stamped by the bank
  • Entry and exit reports are provided by the federal authority for citizenship and identification or another local government body. (must be a minimum of 180 days)
  • Tax documents from the nation where the certificate is to be filed, if any.
