Aamir brings with him a wealth of diversified experience on the table. He has been helping small business owners since last 14 years in realizing their true entrepreneurship potential. Over his journey of 14 years, that help has come in form of their accountant, banker, virtual CFO and business consultant.
Aamir has worked in three different countries (Pakistan, UAE & Canada) and has a passion to help small business owners by delivering strategic insights for decision making, advising based on diverse experience, drafting a business plan for success and tracking performance against the plan.
In UAE, Aamir has worked with business owners to help them streamline their accounting and finance process, optimize cashflow management and advice on tax issues. Since implementation of VAT in 2018, Aamir has helped businesses implement VAT compliance and VAT reporting workflows. With corporate taxes being implemented in Jun 2023, Aamir is engaged with businesses to help them reorganize, make strategic decisions and implement workflows to ensure corporate tax compliance.
Aamir is authorized/ registered tax preparer in Canada and US. He is also awaiting his Enrolled Agent designation (all requirements completed) which would give him unlimited rights (just like CPA and Tax Attorney) to represent clients before Internal Revenue Services (USA).

Rahim has vast and well diversified experience in four different countries (Pakistan, UAE, Bahrain and Australia). He has been associated with multinational banks in various Risk ad Audit positions and as consultant with Deloitte and other audit firms.
Rahim is also a seasoned corporate trainer. His trainings are well received by audience owing to his deep understanding of Risk, Finance and Accounting along with his impeccable communication skills.
Rahim has been a champion for startup and small business as he has been able to offer the much-needed support required for a business to grow. Rahim as helped business to secure licensing, government grants, crowd fundings and business immigrations with the outstanding business, financial and marketing plans he has prepared for the clients.
Rahim has helped business in UAE in developing their accounting and finance departments as well as the structuring various functions and their process flows such as VAT reporting implementation and Business expense monitoring.
Being a Qualified Charted Accountant and a risk specialist, he has helped businesses develop and implement controls for financial reporting and preparation of VAT returns which needs to be submitted to the authorities by business owners.
Rahim is very active in preparing UAE businesses for corporate tax in UAE. He is closely working with the business owners, tax managers and CFOs to provide them with tools used in the Western world to manage taxation. Rahim’s experience working with Tax accountants in Australia, Canada and USA in streamlining and outsourcing their work well equips him to help the business owners in meeting the requirements of the upcoming corporate tax law.
